PRESCHOOL SUMMER CAMP
It's summer camp time at The Grace Place Preschool! This year we are offering something new with much more excitement for your child and flexibility for you! Every day at camp, your child will explore their world through free and directed play. They will enjoy indoor and outdoor activities daily while being cared for by experienced, qualified and loving teachers. We will have special guests and special activities that are sure to put a smile on everyone's face!
We are offereing 6 different themed units. Each week is jam packed with fun activities such as special guests, music & movement, sensory play, arts & crafts, cooking, themed activities and water play.
Besides currently enrolled students, we will be enrolling "camp only" students for those parents who would like their potty trained 3 to 5 year old to join in some fun, summer activities.
HIGH TIDE AT THE SEA SIDE: (June 14 - 25): We will be having fun in the sun while we experience different water and outdoor (camping) related activities. Your child will be introduced to different types of sea life and have lots of splish-splash fun!
WAYS TO GO! / OLYMPIC GAMES: (June 28 - July 9): Let's jump on the bus and explore different modes of travel! We will ride on The Grace Place School Bus and enjoy exploring different modes of travel during the week, ending up with a good, old-fashioned 4th of July party. Then, off to the Olympics we go as we participate in a variety of sports and games!
AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS: (July 12 - 23): You won't want to miss this trip - it's surely a passport to fun! We will be exploring the sights, sounds and tastes of different countries with many different cooking activities as the children learn about Italy, France, Mexico, the USA and the Orient!
LET'S MOVE IT, MOVE IT! (1 wk session July 26 - 30): We will be dancing to the music during this active week. We'll set up our bounce houses, enjoy dance lessons and have a special guest entertain us!
THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT (August 2 - 13): Excitement will abound as we make our way through a fairy tale land filled with pirates, princesses, dragons and tea parties! We'll even go to Cinderella's Ball!
WACKY FUN WEEK (1 wk session August 16 - 19): We'll have many different activities and events designed to showcase our camp spirit, like wearing crazy hats, pajama day and "cheer for your favorite sport or sports team"!
