Our Vision
These are exciting times to be part of The Grace Place Community Church family. As a church we are experiencing a great faith journey. Since June of 1993, when God called my wife Karon and me to serve as the pastor of this great church, we have seen God do incredible, God-sized things in the ministry development of The Grace Place Church. We believe that God has a great ministry destiny for The Grace Place! We believe that God’s plans for us are far beyond what we can imagine or dream – that God has a destiny of dynamic, region-wide ministry impact for The Grace Place Church. It takes more than just a building to make a church; it takes people who have fellowship with one another, and most importantly, with God.
We welcome you to our church family. You are invited to join us this weekend for powerful worship in our beautiful
The
It is obvious to us that God wants The Grace Place to be the kind of place where we are reaching out through worship and evangelism to connect with people who have yet to understand that Jesus came to bring spiritual transformation in their lives. Since June of 1993, God has helped us to reach thousands of people with the Good News because we have been prepared to take the “next steps” as circumstances and opportunities presented themselves. Now God has given us a great vision to reach many thousands of people in the years to come with the hope of the Gospel. To better understand our vision for reaching seekers, please review our three-year ministry plan here.
We believe that the sign of a great church is “that its dreams for the future are greater than its memories”. We also believe with all our hearts that greater things are going to happen in the days ahead if we stay in stride with the leadership of the Holy Spirit. There has been a steady growth process at The Grace Place since June of 1993 that continues to this day. Our facilities enable us to continue to experience similar if not greater growth patterns in the years ahead. Our vision challenges us to continue to advance the Kingdom through strategic ministry development that reaches out to people where they are at, offering them the hope of Spiritual Transformation. Why is that vision so important? It is important because each person we are targeting is a person for whom Jesus died and that He commanded us to do everything in our power to reach.
This is a defining moment in the history of The Grace Place. We have the opportunity to leave a legacy that will bless generations to come. Someone said “An inheritance is what we leave to others, a legacy is what we leave in others" We believe that describes The Grace Place!
